Valgrisenche is also a place of culture and tradition. You might visit the dam of Beauregard built in 1954. The visit outside is free while you need to reserve the inside tour. If you walk along the lake you'll be able to see the village Fornet with the chapel which was covered by the water and emerged again when the dam was partly emptied for security reasons.

The bell-tower in the village is certainly worth a look, as well as San Grato Parish Church rebuilt in 1872 and its holy museum. Sant'Anna and San Dionigi chapels located in Céré and Bonne can also be visited.

When walking up in the meadows you have the chance to see the milk processing by the pastures. Buy some Fontina cheese in the local store in La Béthaz.

Each year in August 5th the procession in honour of the Madonna of the Snows leaves from the village aiming at the lake of San Grato. Folkloristic are also in September the cows and goats fights.
