Mountain bike lovers! You have at your disposal a
large choice of itineraries for their excursions in the Gran Paradiso region. Easy itineraries on technical ones. Some routes are practicable only in summer, others can be used all year round. You can take your own mountain bike or rent one in the villages (see mountain bike rent). Remember to
respect the environment when cycling and take care of all pedestrians around you, they always have priority. Do not leave tracks and do not cross meadows or woods.
If you are approaching this sport why not to take advantage of mountain bike instructors (regional regulation 1/2003).
